Somatheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort, on the picturesque Malabar Coast, is spread over an area of 15 acres of lush greenery. The resort, situated 8 km south of Kovalam, offers traditional wooden houses, stone bungalows and cottages consisting of 50 spacious rooms with en suite baths.

The Sidhartha is a granite built palace like house with a spacious octagon shaped living room and a beautifully decorated bedroom with a king size bed. The deluxe and ordinary Illams are traditional Kerala houses, mostly wooden built with antique doors and furniture. The Arappura is a traditional Kerala house with one deluxe and one ordinary accommodation. Round thatched villas, built of natural mud and bricks are also available. The restaurant serves regional, Indian, Tandoori, grilled, Continental and Chinese dishes.

Traditional bungalows and cottages welcome you to a warm relaxed atmosphere at the Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Centre. The ayurvedic treatment and massage centre is handled by well qualified and highly experienced doctors and personnel.
