Arattu at Janardhana Swamy Temple
The Arattu festival at the Janardhana Swamy temple is celebrated every year in Meenam (March-April). The festival commences with Kodiyettu (flag hoisting) on Karthika day and ending with Arattu on Uthram day.

Feast of Christ, the King
Feast of Christ, the King is the annual festival celebrated at the 'Madre De Deus' Church (popularly known as the Vettukad Church) over a period of ten days culminating on the last Sunday of the liturgical year.
 

  Chandanakudam Mahotsavam
Chandanakudam Mahotsavam at Beemapalli is a 10 day festival which begins on the 1st of the Hijra month of Jamadul Akhar (March -April) and comes to an end on the 10th day.
